  • Maintain a clean and organized training space while adhering to all safety protocols.

Experience

  • One to three years of hands-on training or physical therapy experience

  • NASM Certification preferred.

  • Proven knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics is essential for effective program design.

  • Experience in personal training or teaching physical education is highly desirable.

  • Background in sports coaching is a plus, showcasing an ability to motivate individuals or groups.

  • Physical therapy experience is very valuable.

  • Ability to do mobility assessments during client intake and throughout their journey.

  • Familiarity with group fitness instruction techniques is beneficial for leading classes.

  • Familiarity with Momence client management platform is desirable.

  • Ability to work nights (not past 8PM) and weekends highly preferred.
