Studio Manager - PVOLVE Chelsea

We are seeking an experienced, polished, and highly organized Studio Manager to lead operations for the opening of the largest PVOLVE location in New York City, located in the heart of Chelsea. This elevated wellness destination will combine PVOLVE'S signature method with a luxury hospitality-driven atmosphere focused on movement, recovery, community, and modern wellness.

This is an exciting opportunity to help launch and shape an iconic wellness and social fitness space from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations across both PVOLVE studios and wellness spaces
• Deliver an exceptional luxury-level member experience rooted in hospitality and community
• Lead, manage, and motivate front desk, hospitality, and studio teams
• Ensure seamless scheduling and coordination across two simultaneously operating studios
• Support instructor management, staffing logistics, and studio programming
• Maintain impeccable studio presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Build strong member relationships and foster a vibrant, welcoming community atmosphere
• Assist with membership growth, retention, and onboarding
• Help execute events, partnerships, influencer activations, and community experiences
• Monitor studio performance metrics, operational KPIs, and sales goals
• Work closely with ownership and leadership to support the vision and growth of the Chelsea flagship location
• Uphold and embody the PVOLVE brand values, culture, and elevated wellness aesthetic

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, or luxury retail preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Passion for wellness, fitness, hospitality, and community-building
• Professional, polished, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Experience managing high-volume boutique fitness environments preferred
• Familiarity with fitness scheduling and membership systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
