Provide excellent customer service and help to maintain a positive client experience in the fitness center
Promote training sessions and encourage members to continue fitness routines
Working 1:1 and in small groups with clients to help them define and meet their fitness and health goals
Provide fitness education and advice to fitness center users
Watch members do exercises to ensure that they are using the correct technique
Provide options during workouts to help members feel successful
Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations when using fitness equipment
Work with the personal training team to continue to expand the team's knowledge and ability to perform

QUALIFICATIONS:

Position Summary
A Personal Trainer is responsible for providing various personal training services that offer members programs to maximize workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina, enjoy their fitness experience and improve overall sense of well being. They schedule and complete record keeping according to standard operating procedures.
