Position Summary
The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is responsible for the client relationship and for the oversight of the onsite coach and program management staff.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Hires new team members facilitates of onboarding needs
- Identifies necessary policy and process changes and implementation of the changes
- Manages client budget including billing and purchasing
- Coordinates with leadership and sales to identify up-sell opportunities
- Acts as primary interface with other department functions regarding client issues/needs
- Manages client expectations
- Works with internal teams to coordinate and manage custom requests for client needs outside of the normal delivery processes, if applicable
- Facilitates team meetings
- Monitors program delivery to ensure contract requirements and customer’s expectations are met
- Performs data analysis and reporting
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 5+ years of client management experience in corporate wellness industry
- Experience working with regional and national health benefits consulting firms
- Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans
- Ability to understand employer health benefit designs, cultural, operations and financial implications and communicate value of myHealthCheck on client’s human capital strategy
- Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend solutions
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office and Windows based computing, especially Microsoft Excel, Work and Outlook
Preferred Requirements
Pay
This is a salaried position starting at $85,000.00(or applicable minimum salary, if higher) and pays up to $117,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
