The TBS Coach/IHBS Coach, under the supervision of the Program Director or designee, delivers intensive, individualized, one-to-one mental health services to children and youth experiencing severe emotional challenges, as well as support to their families.


This position works 30 hours per week, with afternoon and early evening hours.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide quality care for program clients. Works in collaboration with the multidisciplinary treatment teams to provide quality care to the clients of the program.
  • Participate in developing, implementing and coordinating individual treatment and behavioral plans that target improvements in peer, family, and community relationships.
  • Support parents in helping clients reach their goals and reduce frequency and intensity of target behaviors by practicing behavioral skills and generalizing rehabilitation services.
  • Stay informed of the overall client treatment plan and contribute directly to treatment planning, discharge planning and aftercare.
  • Travel required to community locations and client homes, as part of service delivery.
  • This position includes productivity expectations, with an average of 45% of the time worked dedicated to billable client services.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a mental health discipline or related field (Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services).
  • Minimum two years' experience in client-related services in mental health. May substitute 30 semester units in counseling, psychology, or social work for one year of experience.
  • Experience in case management and collaborative partnering preferred.
  • Knowledge of working with children and families required.
  • Familiarity with community resources, case management process, community outreach and program planning highly preferred.
  • Awareness and demonstration of sensitivity to diverse socioeconomic and multicultural backgrounds.
  • Commitment to WYS Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity (DEI) initiatives.
  • Represent WYS with professionalism while working independently in field-based settings.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, and clinical database skills.

About the Role:

The Aquatics Operations & Training Supervisor role combines oversight of operational staffing, regional safety programs, and instructor coordination within a defined territory. This position acts as a vital link between operations and training, ensuring that facilities are adequately staffed, compliant with regulations, and aligned with Swan Aquatics' safety and service standards. In addition to these supervisory duties, the role involves supporting Swan Aquatics and Swan CPR's training and safety programs by conducting certified Red Cross courses and assisting with operational readiness across partner facilities. This includes traveling to multiple locations to teach Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid courses, conducting on-site audits, facilitating in-service training sessions, and stepping into event supervision roles as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old

Current Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor (LGI) Certification

Minimum 3 years teaching Red Cross LG/CPR/FA courses

5+ years of aquatics leadership or facility management, or related field experience.

Valid driver's license & clean record Strong communication & customer-service skills.Proven experience managing multi-site teams and client relationships.

Develop and execute seasonal plans, practice schedules, and competition strategies
Recruit student-athletes who align with OWA's mission and possess both athletic talent and character qualities to thrive in our unique environment
Supervise assistant coaches and support staff while fostering their professional development
Create and manage program budget, equipment needs, and facility utilization
Oversee all aspects of the basketball program including scheduling, travel arrangements, and game day operations

Basketball Training & Competition
Implement progressive training methodologies that develop fundamental skills, basketball IQ, and physical conditioning

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum 5 years of basketball coaching experience at high school, AAU, collegiate, or professional level
Strong technical knowledge of basketball fundamentals, tactics, and training methodologies
Demonstrated ability to develop players technically, tactically, physically, and mentally
