STRONG instructors are motivators, multi-taskers and command attention in every class they lead. A successful instructor will deliver class experiences in a supportive yet challenging environment-always mindful of what is going on while being client-focused. STRONG Academy
WE PAY FOR YOU TO GET UP-SKILLED!!
Our Strong Instructors participate in a 7-day training program, community classes, and assessments, in order to master the STRONG Pilates Method. During the Academy, you'll learn about STRONG cueing, how to coach Rowing, Riding, Pilates, and Strength & Conditioning. Use of STRONG tech including microphones, lights, TV, and clicker. STRONG brand awareness and more.
The Academy requires 1-2 hours of online work, plus 7 days of in-studio training. Attendance for all 7 days is required in order to successfully complete the training.
