Health Coach & Longevity Coordinator (Las Vegas)

The Opportunity: High-Impact Coaching Role

Clay Health & Care is looking for a Health Coach & Longevity Coordinator to join our expanding team in Las Vegas.

This role is responsible for the hands-on delivery of life-changing care to a diverse clientele, including executives, athletes, and members of the general population seeking support to optimize their health.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Coaching Delivery:

• Conduct comprehensive onsite health assessments and initial live coaching sessions exclusively within the Clay Health & Care clinic in Las Vegas.
• Facilitate follow-up remote coaching calls from a secure home or professional office environment.

Integrated Program Design: Utilize a working knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, program design essentials for:

• Resistance Training
• Nutrition and Supplementation
• Sleep Optimization
• Other major lifestyle factors and behavior change strategies.

Documentation & Accountability:

• Maintain precise and timely client records using company EHR, HubSpot, Outlook, and proprietary human performance software platforms.
• Be accountable for your actions. Every member on the Clay team has a role, and like any successful team, performance is to meet and exceed expectations.

• Sales & Service Growth: Actively engage clients regarding their health goals, recommending and successfully selling or upgrading them on Clay Health & Care products and services that will accelerate their health journey.

Candidate Requirements

The Essentials (Non-Negotiables)

• Reliability & Professionalism: This position requires coaches to consistently demonstrate punctuality and adaptability, while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Coaches are expected to present themselves appropriately and uphold high standards when working with clients in various settings.
• Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check and be ready for immediate onboarding.
• Coachability: Must be personally coachable and dedicated to continuous professional improvement.
• Must have passion for Health & Longevity: This position will work closely with the Vegas team as the lifestyle coaching expert.

Desired Background & Credentials (Highly Preferred)

We are looking for individuals with demonstrated hands-on experience and a passion for betterment.

• The Ideal Profile: A personal trainer, physical therapist, or nutritionist who finds deep purpose in bettering the lives of others. Having a foundation in physiology, and/or goal setting is a bonus.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Human Biology, Nutrition, Physical Therapy, or a related human health/performance field).
• Professional Certification: Demonstrated foundational knowledge and hands-on client experience is key. Certifications such as NASM, CSCS, RD, PT, or National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) are highly desirable.
• Experience Expectations: 2-3 years of experience in coaching, training, physical therapy, and other client-facing positions is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: Hourly plus performance-based commission and bonus opportunities. Based on experience
