WHAT WE DO:
Wilkins Fitness Equipment is national total commercial fitness equipment and technology solution provider. We supply and service the most competitive lines of fitness equipment, accessories, flooring, software and networked systems, marketing support, management consulting, training, maintenance and service contracts for a plethora of verticals.
Commercial AND Vertical Sales
Wilkins Fitness Enterprises sells to anywhere that has commercial fitness and technology needs including but not limited to gyms, hotels, apartment complexes, municipalities, police/fire, schools, multi-family, schools, training studios, housings, clubs, hospitals, military, etc.

Requirements: SCOPE OF POSITION:
Successful candidates will be able to develop relationships with key decision-makers, identify customer needs, and effectively communicate ideas through oral and written presentations as well as quantify and resolve customer objections, problems and needs in a professional manner.
Our Commercial Territory Manager is responsible the entire outside sales process including developing new business relationships through on all prospective client verticals seeking premium quality commercial equipment, services and accessories. Promotion opportunities available -- we are seeking a successful active sales person, who also can migrate into a leadership role.
REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate for this position ideally will have outside sales experience with a successful track record of building relationships and exceptional customer service. INDUSTRY TRANSITIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED. Fitness industry training and mentorship provided (see below).
Passionate, high integrity, self-starter (We don't micromanage), great listener, persuasive, exceptional customer service, high cold calling activity/comfort, follow-up skills, and professionalism are all characteristics of a successful Territory Manager.
TRAINING:
A new Territory Manager will attend the Wilkins Enterprises Sales Academy, a highly rated PRACTICAL training program for fitness sales professionals. During training we cover all facets of the fitness business and help you find, call leads, enter them into our CRM, progress those relationships and close mutually beneficial business with and in depth understanding of the largest portfolio of solutions in the industry.
Following your entry into the field, we offer a plethora of continuing education, sharing of best practices and mentoring. Wilkins Fitness believes strongly that it is in everyone's best interest to facilitate mutual success, so we don't hide good ideas from each other! Bonuses and awards often include ownership in the company to reinforce our team culture.
COMPENSATION:
Uncapped Six-figure compensation; 100% coverage of all medical and dental insurance benefits; ALL expenses (gas, oil changes, etc) fully reimbursed, and eligibility for bonus pool/recognition rewards (vacations, tvs, etc) and equity/stock options.
